Terms of Service

1. About TAP OBM

TAP OBM provides online business management services to established online business owners, including operations management, project and launch management, team management, systems and SOP development, and marketing operations. Our services are delivered on a retainer basis following an initial Breakthrough Strategy Session.

TAP OBM is affiliated with TAP Virtual Solutions. References to "TAP OBM" in these Terms include both entities where applicable.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. By using tapobm.com, you agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or inquiry
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its related systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website

We reserve the right to restrict access to this website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

3. Discovery Call and Intake Process

Submitting a discovery call intake form does not constitute a commitment from either party. The intake form exists to help us evaluate fit and prepare for the conversation. Completion of the form and booking of a discovery call does not guarantee an offer of services.

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry that does not meet our qualification criteria, at our sole discretion, without explanation.

4. Service Engagements

All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (service agreement or contract) entered into between TAP OBM and the client. These Terms apply to your use of this website and general interactions with TAP OBM prior to and independent of any formal engagement.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services. Services are only provided once a written agreement has been signed by both parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, and SOPs described herein — is the intellectual property of TAP OBM and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided that attribution is maintained and no content is altered.

The TAP OBM operational library, including its 70+ frameworks, templates, and SOPs, remains the proprietary property of TAP OBM at all times, including during and after any client engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Any business information you share with us during the inquiry or engagement process will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.

Formal confidentiality and non-disclosure terms are included in our client service agreements.

7. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, TAP OBM makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on this site.

Results described on this website reflect individual client experiences and are not guarantees of outcome. Business results depend on a wide range of factors outside our control, including the client's industry, team, existing infrastructure, and commitment to implementation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAP OBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to TAP OBM in the three months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. TAP OBM has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party links from our website is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to TAP OBM's place of business.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
